Meet Angelica Molero
Angelica Molero is an equity-driven talent and people leader with over a decade of experience working with nonprofit and private sector organizations big and small, locally and globally. She is recognized for her ability to forge strong relationships built on trust and design talent systems and practices that propel teams forward. Her relational, collaborative approach is rooted in the belief that an organization’s journey matters as much as its results. She specializes in talent management, compensation design, and leadership coaching, guiding organizations to cultivate high-performing teams and transform their culture.
Previously, Angelica managed diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives at a multinational professional services firm and served as a regional director and learning & development officer at an international education nonprofit. As a principal, she has also led client teams at a national talent consulting firm. She began her career in the classroom as an English as a second language teacher.
Angelica holds a Master’s degree from Fordham University and a Bachelor’s degree from Bard College. She lives in Miami, Florida, and in her spare time can be found at local wellness events and taking long walks by the beach.
